Wild Love Artists — Wedding Videography Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form part of your agreement with HOLLINS PRODUCTIONS LTD (T/A Wild Love Artists) and apply to all services provided.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring cooperation from guests, vendors, and venues to allow for smooth filming throughout the day.
A designated individual (typically the wedding planner) should be available to assist in identifying key people or moments if required. In the absence of a planner, the Client agrees to appoint a suitable individual.
Wild Love Artists is not responsible for missed footage due to lack of cooperation, access, or time constraints.
Timeline & Coverage
Clients agree to provide a finalized timeline in advance and allow sufficient time for key moments such as preparation, ceremony, portraits, and reception events.
Wild Love Artists works in alignment with the planner and photographer’s schedule where applicable.
If adequate time is not allocated, certain moments may not be captured.
Venue & External Restrictions
Wild Love Artists will comply with all venue, officiant, and regulatory requirements.
Clients are responsible for informing Wild Love Artists of any known restrictions in advance and assisting where necessary in obtaining permissions.
Certain limitations, including weather conditions, venue rules, or regulatory restrictions, may impact the ability to capture specific moments, angles, or footage.
Drone Footage
Drone footage is not guaranteed and is subject to weather conditions, location permissions, and aviation regulations.
Wild Love Artists will make every reasonable effort to capture aerial footage where possible.
Music Selection
Clients are welcome to submit music preferences within 30 days of the wedding date.
Wild Love Artists will make reasonable efforts to incorporate requested music where appropriate; however, final music selection remains at the discretion of Wild Love Artists.
If no music preferences are provided within this timeframe, Wild Love Artists will proceed with music selection in line with its signature style.
Requests for music changes after editing has begun may not be accommodated or may be subject to an additional fee.
Expedited Delivery
Requests for expedited or priority delivery are not guaranteed and may be accommodated at the discretion of Wild Love Artists.
If accommodated, expedited delivery will be subject to an additional fee.
General Terms
Wild Love Artists reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to workflow, timelines, and delivery processes where necessary to maintain quality and service standards.
